The 2nd Annual Diamonds for Dogs, Carats for Cats event will be held on Thursday, March 11, 2010 from 6:00-10:00p.m. in Studio B at the IP Resort & Casino in Biloxi. This event is HSSM’s newest fundraising soiree and is not to be missed! This year the event will have an Old Hollywood/Art Deco feel, featuring adorable adoptables in diamond-studded collars, live entertainment from E-Unplugged featuring Eugene Eash, live & silent auctions, a champagne raffle and much more!

Not just any fundraiser, the night will be full of sparkling jewelry, delectable food, a Gallo wine bar and a chance to meet some of HSSM’s Animal Heroes, pets that HSSM has helped overcome adversity! If that weren’t all the makings of a memorable evening, there is also going to be a very special guest appearance! So keep your ears perched for more to come from HSSM.

The HSSM and Sun Herald will also be announcing the winners of the pet photo contest, so be sure to register your precious pup or cute kitty at sunherald.com today! Registration is $20 per pet and is open from Monday, February 8th – Sunday, February 21st. Customers may also bring the registration form into Sun Herald office located on DeBuys Road. Voting will be held online at sunherald.com between Monday, February 22nd – Sunday, March 7th for $.25/vote with a minimum charge of $5.00.
