Our mission is to help animals, and this includes the animals in our environment! We have instituted recycling programs that keep recyclable waste out of landfills while raising money for the shelter animals. If you are able to donate the following, please bring them to the shelter.

HSSM is always in need of Volunteers, Foster parents, and loving forever homes for the pets in our care. If you can help, please speak with a Staff member.
With no federal funding, the HSSM operates on the donations of supporters and business partners to effectively achieve our goals. You may give to the HSSM’s general fund allowing them to allocate the funds where they are needed at the time, or you may choose a program or event you find essential to sponsor.
