Sleepy Time

Cats and kittens can sleep an average of 17 to 18 hours a day- a full two thirds of their life!  Young cats and kittens tend to sleep more than adult cats.  A cat that feels safe in the home will get more rest than a cat that lives with a cat-pursuing dog.  Making sure your cat or kitten feels loved and secure, thereby letting them get the rest they need, will lead to a healthier, happier pet.
