HSSM has a new top dog! HSSM has adopted Bob Citrullo as our new Director of Operations!

Bob comes to us from the Arizona Humane Society in Phoenix, AZ where he led the pack as their Director of Operations. He has been in animal welfare for over 10 years, also acting as Shelter Director in Clayton, Georgia.

He holds a nursing degree as part of his 25 year service in the military and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Bob is also a member of the Society of Animal Welfare Administrators and the American Humane Association.

Bob and his wife, Debbie, share their home in Biloxi with Flash and Sadie–Bloodhounds, and Gunner and Boom-Boom–Basset hounds.

In the short time since he’s been at HSSM, Bob has shown us that he means business. He has instated several great new policies, procedures and programs that will not only improve the lives of our animals, but we’re sure you will like them too!

HSSM is so glad to have gotten the pick of the litter!
